Beta sign-up privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026
This notice covers the beta sign-up form on this website. The RFresh iPhone app shows its own privacy information inside the app.
What we collect
- The email address you enter.
- The city you pick after joining, if you pick one.
- When you joined.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to invite you to the RFresh beta and to send you news about the beta. Your city helps us decide where to open first. You give your consent by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
To invite you, we add your email to TestFlight, Apple's beta testing service. Apple then sends you the invitation, under Apple's own privacy policy.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored in RFresh's database, which Supabase hosts for us. Cloudflare carries your sign-up to it, and Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare, Supabase and Vercel receive your IP address in order to deliver the page and your sign-up. The page's font is loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. To limit repeated sign-ups, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to a day, never stored with your email.
We do not sell your email or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the beta ends or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Removing your email
You can ask us to remove your email from the list at any time. A contact address for these requests will be listed here before beta invitations are sent.
